She holds a CIPD L7 Award in Org Design and Development and is a Certified Diversity Professional. Her mission is to foster agile, remote-smart, inclusive and deliberately developmental organizations. 

Renate Kohlmann

With over 25 years’ experience in management and leadership roles, in fast-paced multinational companies, Renate first worked remotely in 2004 with Dell and most recently with Wayfair launching remote working in 2018. Presently Renate provides consulting and coaching services in remote working and career development with Grow Remote.

Principal Practitioner and Consultant at People Direct Ltd

Colin has a wealth of experience as an International Organisational Consultant, and has worked with many global companies supporting implementation of their strategy. He has an effective facilitation style and typically coaches and mentors senior executives and teams at board and senior level. Deputy Neale Richmond was elected to Dail Eireann in February 2020. Prior to this, Deputy Richmond served in Seanad Eireann from 2016 – 2020 where he was Chairman of the Brexit Committee. From 2009 – 2014, served as a County Councillor in Dublin including a term as Deputy Mayor and an appointment as Leader of the Irish Delegation to the EU’s Committee of the Regions. A graduate of UCD, Deputy Richmond worked as a political advisor in both the European parliament and Dail Eireann before working in the not for profit sector.
