HCM Deck processes personal data collected via the websites available at hcmdeck.com, hcmdeck.com/blog, hcmdeck.app and app.hcmdeck.com (“Website”). These data are processed by HCM Deck for the purposes as it is described below.

I. ELECTRONICALLY SUPPLIED SERVICES

We process your personal data in connection with providing you with various services offered through the Website, including:

a) free trial access to the HCM Deck system;

In this case, we process the e-mail address provided in the form to send you a link that will allow you to get free trial access to the HCM Deck system after the first session has been interrupted.

b) free presentation of the functionality of the HCM Deck system;

We process the e-mail address provided in the form to give you a reminder about the upcoming date of the free presentation.We can also record the course of the presentation (audio / video recording), including your facial image and other data provided by you. However, this will only be possible if you have agreed to this by selecting the appropriate checkbox in the registration form for the presentation of the functionality

c) free access to publications that you can download and that are available on the Website;

We process the e-mail address provided in the form to send you a link  that enables to download the free publications made available by HCM Deck.

d) free participation in webinars organized by HCM Deck;

We process the e-mail address provided in the form to enable you an access to the webinar and remind you about its date.

e) free registration for conferences and events organized by HCM Deck.

We process the e-mail address provided in the form to provide you with information related to the event, as well as the phone number provided there, to confirm your attendance. In this case, your personal data are processed on the basis of art. 6 §1. b) GDPR – for the execution of the contract that you conclude with HCM Deck, or to take action at your request prior to the conclusion of the contract. Regarding the registration of your image and data provided during the conversation with the HCM Deck consultant, the reason for processing is art. 6 §1. a) GDPR – Your consent.

 

II. Information on new products and events of HCM Deck

Marketing of HCM Deck’s own services.

We may process your personal data for the purposes related to the marketing of products and events organized by HCM Deck.

When you fill out one of the forms available on the site, we may ask you to provide your personal data that will allow us to offer you the most interesting services. These data may include:

name and surname;
company name;
business email;
job title;
company size;
industry;
phone number.
The above data may be subject to profiling in connection with the marketing objectives of HCM Deck.

We use your telephone number to contact you by phone to present you the HCM Deck’s offer. This will be the case if you agreed to it by ticking the appropriate box in one of the forms provided on the Website.

Providing the data mentioned above and giving consent to the transmission of commercial information by HCM Deck and contact from the HCM Deck consultants is voluntary, however, it is a condition to use the trial/free HCM Deck services offered on the Website.

If you subscribe to the newsletter using proper form available on the website, we use the e-mail address provided in the form to send you an information about new products and events organized by HCM Deck.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an informal e-mail to hello@hcmdeck.com, or by clicking on the appropriate link provided in the message sent by HCM Deck.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the purposes of marketing of HCM Deck services, HCM Deck may process your IP address and other data regarding your activity on the website – including data on subpages visited by you on the Website, use of particular services offered through the Website and its Website functions, as well as during the visit on individual subpages of a Service.

This data can be combined by HCM Deck with your e-mail address.

In the cases described above, we process your personal data pursuant to art. 6 §. 1 point f) GDPR – based on the legitimate interests of the administrator, resulting from direct marketing of HCM Deck’s own services.

In order to ensure the best quality of the services provided by HCM Deck, we can record audio/video files of your conversation with the HCM Deck consultant – but only if you have expressly agreed to this

In this case, the basis for the processing of your data is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).

Communication on the Website

For the purposes of providing you with an answer to a question sent via the contact form present on the Website, HCM Deck may process your name, e-mail address and any other data that you include in the message.

If you use the chat feature available on the Website to chat with the HCM Deck consultant (via a service provided by our partners (listed and described later)), HCM Deck may process all the data that you include in the message sent to the HCM Deck consultant.

Who do we transfer your data to?

We will transfer your personal data to our service providers – entities that help us to provide you services, as well as entities that support us in marketing activities.

In each case, entrusting of your data to other entities will be based on a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that is consistent with the GDPR. Entrusting the data does not release HCM Deck from the responsibility for processing.

Due to the fact that some HCM Deck service providers operate in the United States, your data may be transferred to that country. As the European Commission has not determined yet in the proper decision process that the United States provides an adequate level of protection, the transfer of data will take place only subject to the appropriate safeguards referred to in art. 46 GDPR. Therefore, personal data should only be transferred to those entities from United States that guarantee adequate standards of their protection and have Privacy Shield certification. We will also share your data with our employees and colleagues.

In some cases, your personal data may also be transferred by HCM Deck to public authorities. It will be only in cases where we will be obliged to do so by the provisions of applicable law.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Your data, collected through the Website and processed for marketing purposes, is stored until you object to the processing.

Personal data and other information sent by you during communication with the HCM Deck consultant regarding the Chat application implemented on the Website, as well as data sent as a part of the contact form, we keep for 6 months. For the same period of time, we store data collected during registered conversations with the HCM Deck consultant, if you have agreed to register them.
