Bartłomiej has over 10 years of experience in e-learning. Leader of teams dealing with the implementation of effective solutions in the field of remote education, performance support, gamification, blended learning; Instructional Designer, consultant, lecturer and presenter in the field of new technologies and their application in education. At PwC, he is responsible for the popularization and development of e-learning in Central and Eastern Europe.

Agata Błaszkiewicz

HR Director at Colliers International

Connected with Colliers International for over 13 years. Agata is passionate about work which is focused on people and for people, with possitive attitude and ability & skill of finding solutions. She is really into building an engagement, employee experience and supporting leaders in their roles. For two years she is a member of an HR Influencers Think Tank. In 2017 and 2019 Colliers International was awarded The Best Employer by Kincentric, based on employee feedback.

Lori Niles-Hofmann

Senior Learning Transformation Strategist at NilesNolen

Senior learning strategist with over 20 years of L&D experience across many industries, including international banking (Scotiabank, RBC Dexia, BMO), management consulting (KPMG), and marketing (Eloqua). Her specialization is large-scale digital learning transformations and helping companies use data to navigate through the ambiguity of change.

Tatiana Mircea

Global Director of Human Resources at Nobel

Performance-driven professional with 17+ years working experience in HR field out of which 10+ years in leadership roles as a board member, playing different roles, from operational and HR expert role to the key board member position of Nobel LTD. Her business acumen and education, focus on delivering the best in class HR operations and results, transform Tatiana into a real HR partner for business divisions aimed at the same business objectives, achievements, and challenges. Tatiana holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, Atlanta – Georgia, a Master Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. Nobel was awarded the 2nd Best Employer at national level in Romania, regardless of the field of activity in 2019 and the 1st place on IT&C industry, based on employee feedback.

Natalia Muturi

HR Director at Mzuri

A graduate of Human Geography of the London Queen Mary University and HR Business Partner at the Kozminski University. For 6 years associated with the Mzuri Group – the leader in managing apartments for rent in Poland (she has been investing in real estate since 2010). Previously, she worked as a sales director for rental management services, and for two years she has been creating an HR department for an organization of two hundred people.

Tomek Jurek

Head of People at Future Mind, a 70-people software company (creators of the Żappka mobile app), responsible for recruiting, internal communication, and culture. Alumnus of International Business Management with a major in Human Resource Management at Kozminski University and Bradford University School of Management. For the past 20 years in his spare time he also works as a translator, mainly for IT companies, startups, and NGOs.

Chairman of the supervisory board

Founder of Mzuri, promoter of the idea of ​​financial freedom thanks to investing in real estate for rent, author of widely read books on investment, a traveler who has visited (without exception) every country in the world. Due to COVID-19, he suspended travel-related projects and took over as president of Mzuri again.

Nick Hindley

Organisational Development and Learning Facilitator

Nick has been a practitioner in Learning and Development for 30+ years working at all levels. No two years have been alike with much professional learning and many personal insights. His plan was to cover a wide variety of organisations including permanent and consultancy roles with pharmaceutical, aerospace, technology, financial services, healthcare, beverages, and local government. Nick has a masters’ degree in Human Resource Strategies and has accreditations in NLP, psychometrics and may one day complete his doctorate in applied learning.
